Shipments
Shipments
The Shipments section on the issue details page allows creating and tracking courier shipments directly within the context of an issue.
Supported couriers: DHL, DPD, GLS, Geodis, UPS, ID Logistics.
Note
Courier integrations must be configured in advance by an administrator under Couriers.
Creating a shipment
Click Add shipment in the Shipments section and select a courier. Each courier has its own form with carrier-specific fields. Typical data required when creating a shipment:
- Addresses — sender and receiver (name, street, postal code, city, contact details)
- Package — type, weight, dimensions, quantity
- Additional services — carrier-dependent (e.g. cash on delivery, insurance, timed delivery)
- Shipment date and content description
After confirmation, the system registers the shipment with the courier and returns a tracking number.
Shipment statuses
Shipments go through statuses specific to each courier. Some couriers require an additional confirmation step before a label can be generated (e.g. GLS requires shipment confirmation, Geodis requires releasing the shipment for fulfilment).
Labels
After a shipment is created, a PDF label download button becomes available. Labels are available in various formats (A4, roll) depending on the courier. For selected couriers (DHL, DPD) the label can be saved directly as an issue attachment.
Tracking
Each shipment includes a tracking link to the courier's website. The link is generated automatically based on the shipment number.

What should I do if a courier integration is not available?
