Common settings

Every courier module includes:

  • Enabled — activates or deactivates the integration
  • Mode — test or production (DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, IDL)
  • Credentials — login details for the courier's API account
  • Default sender — the address used when creating shipments (company, street, house number, postcode, city, contact name, phone, email)

Most couriers also support package templates — predefined dimension sets (weight, length, width, height, quantity) that can be selected when creating a shipment instead of entering values manually.

FAQ

Can I configure more than one courier?

Yes. Each courier has its own module — you can enable any number simultaneously.

What is test mode for?

Test mode lets you verify the integration without creating real shipments in the courier's system. It is recommended to test the configuration before switching to production.

What are package templates?

Package templates are predefined dimension sets (weight, length, width, height, quantity) that can be quickly selected when creating a shipment. They speed up work when most packages share standard dimensions.

Can courier labels be printed directly from the system?

Yes. Once a shipment is created, the label is available for download and printing from the issue details page.

Is the tracking number visible on the issue?

Yes. The shipment tracking number is displayed in the Shipments section on the issue details page.

What if my courier is not on the list?

Currently supported couriers are: DHL, DPD, GLS, Geodis, and UPS. For other integration needs, contact technical support.
